Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all serviceable PIN codes in India. International shipping is coming soon.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹79. COD is available at an additional charge of ₹40.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery Timelines
Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3-5 business days. Tier-2 cities: 4-6 business days. Rest of India: 5-8 business days.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order from your account.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, we will contact you to reship (additional charges may apply).
Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event your package is damaged in transit, please email hello@aurafestive.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue immediately.
